Bilberry Leaf CHOP (Vaccinium myrtillus)
Bilberry leaf naturally improves eyesight by boosting circulation in the eyes while also strengthening the walls of the blood vessels in the eye thus reducing inflammation.
Bilberry stabilizes tissues containing cartilage, such as ligaments and tendons.
Safe even during pregnancy , although eating too much can cause minor stomach upset.
The leaf is not recommended for long term use, though there is no information on what “long term” is so it is best to take an occasional break when using high levels of Bilberry.
Bilberry also has a mildly calming effect.
