Paprika-Because of the high number of antioxidants present in this spice (such as Vitamin A, Lutein and Zeaxanthin) Paprika is very beneficial in helping prevent diseases that damage the eyes. In addition to these nutrients, Paprika is also high in B6, which also helps boost eye health. Consuming high amounts of B6 has shown to slow onset of macular degeneration and other eye-related diseases.
Eyebright- historically used in poultices to relieve eyestrain. Used as an extract mixed with water to create an eyewash for treating eye infections, inflammation and pink eye. Eyebright may also be taken orally to treat issues like hay fever, allergies, the common cold, and inflamed sinuses. Eyebright is rich in tannins, that help decrease inflammation. Particularly good for improving night vision.
MSM-MSM provides sulfur which is required for the body to use Vitamin B5, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Selenium, Calcium, Manganese, and Co Q-10. MSM softens leathery eye membranes which allows nutrients to penetrate. Helps break up waste particles that lead to cataracts. Also relieves inside eye pressure, improves vision, decreases red spots, and helps removes floaters.

Bilberry-Due to the Anthocyanosides, Bilberry is commonly used to improve night vision or vision handicaps in low light. Anthocyanins are the components that give Bilberry its blue/black color and super high antioxidant content.
